Before you order

Send us the photo you are unsure about and the size you want. We will tell you honestly whether it will print sharply, and if not, what to look for instead. No sales pitch attached.

Changing an order

Within 12 hours of ordering, include your order number and what needs to change. After that the print file is with the mill and we usually cannot stop it.

Something arrived wrong

Tell us what is wrong and we will remake it. We do not ask for photographs of the damage and we do not ask you to ship anything back.

Returns policy

Bulk and corporate

Ten or more blankets, or the same design personalized many times over. Write to us with rough numbers and a date and we will come back with pricing and a realistic timeline.

Please do not send photographs of documents, cards, or anything containing personal data you would not want stored. We only need the image that goes on the blanket.
