Placing an order
Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send your order confirmation, and a contract is formed at that point.
Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where applicable.
Pricing errors
If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price we will contact you before charging you and you may cancel without penalty.
Our liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses, including a gift not arriving in time for an occasion, except where the law does not allow that limit.
Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
