Timing

Studio review takes up to one business day. Production takes three to five business days. Transit within the United States takes three to five business days.

Expect seven to twelve days door to door. Text-only designs skip the manual review and typically arrive two days sooner.

Holiday periods run longer. We publish order-by dates for each gifting holiday and email them to subscribers.

Costs

Shipping within the United States is free on every order. It is built into the price rather than added at checkout.

International shipping is quoted at checkout. Duties, import taxes, and customs charges are the recipient's responsibility and are not collected by us.

Gift orders

Nothing in the box shows what you paid. Gift orders ship without a receipt or invoice of any kind.

Gift wrap is $7 and includes tissue, ribbon, and a handwritten card carrying your gift note.

Wrong address

We ship to the address you enter at checkout. If it is wrong, email us within 12 hours and we will correct it before production.

Once shipped, a parcel returned to us because of an incorrect address can be resent at the cost of shipping only.
