Returns, Reprints & Our Guarantee

Custom goods cannot be resold, so the rules differ from ordinary retail. Here is exactly how.

We remake it, no questions

If your blanket arrives damaged, defective, materially different from the design you approved, or with a printing fault, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we remake it at our cost.

We do not require photographs of the fault and we do not ask you to ship the original back. Keep it or donate it.

Change of mind on a personalized item

Because each blanket is manufactured to one person's design, it cannot be resold and we cannot accept it back for a change of mind, a change of circumstances, or a recipient who would have preferred a different colour.

This is standard for made-to-order goods and is why the builder makes you approve the design explicitly rather than burying it in terms.

If you are in the UK or EU, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specification or clearly personalized. Your rights in respect of faulty goods are unaffected.

Colour variation

Screens emit light, fabric reflects it. Deep blacks print slightly warmer and bright whites slightly creamier than they appear on your monitor, and two different screens will not agree with each other either.

Ordinary variation of this kind is not a defect. A colour shift severe enough that the blanket does not resemble the approved design is, and we will remake it.

Lost and late deliveries

If tracking stops moving for more than seven business days we open a claim with the carrier and reprint your order without waiting for the outcome.

Delivery estimates are estimates. We do not guarantee arrival by a specific date unless you have written to us and we have confirmed it in writing.
